While Power Tools Online works with multiple distribution sources offering a variety of shipping and delivery availabilities, the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground within three business days from the point of sale. Our shipping options range from Ground to Overnight shipping on most items, though some situations may require customized shipping quotes.

At this time, Power Tools Online only offers delivery within the United States; we do NOT offer international shipping. Should you require shipment to a location outside the continental U.S. (Alaska & Hawaii), please contact us in advance to confirm accurate shipping costs. Return Policies

Power Tools Online guarantees the authenticity and craftsmanship of all displayed merchandise. Each item is insured and delivered with a high level of care and accuracy.

Customers may only return merchandise that is defective, visibly damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
